Convention & Visitors Bureau's Area of Focus and Objectives
The Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) is the resource for the tourism industry that is so vital to our community.  They sponsor the popular Chowder Cook-off in February.  Members also travel throughout the state and nation, promoting the Space Coast to travel professionals, meeting and convention planners, and the general public.  It also operates visitor centers in the central Brevard County area, as well as fulfilling almost 60,000 requests annually for visitor/relocation information.  The Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) also hosts quarterly "Morning Mingles" for members and prospective members.  Membership is open to all Partners. 

Mission Statement
To promote the economic well-being and quality of life for the Cocoa Beach area through the development and execution of well-planned travel and tourism sales and marketing strategies.

Meeting Dates
Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Wednesday, of each month, at 9:00 a.m.  The meeting is open to all Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) members, and prospective members.
